    I was in the U.S. Army 25 years including 9 years in Germany where I picked this up in Berlin from a street vendor selling Cold War hats and pins. I cannot make out the Cyrillic writing, sorry. I'm pretty certain "TAHKNCTAM!" is Russian for TANKS or TANKERS. Given it is plastic medal, I must assume this is a commemorative pin or medal for past-serving tank division veterans who served the Motherland.
    Interesting piece for a Cold War or armor/tank collector.
